  • Transportation fees do not apply to remote areas, such as locations that are challenging to reach, like mountainous regions. If you suspect that your destination may be considered a remote area, please reach out to us at info@fisherminator.com.

  • It is essential to provide complete address details to avoid additional charges for storage.

  • All estimated or typical delivery times are based on information provided by our transport partners. These times are approximate and serve as reference points only.

  • Delivery times may be impacted during public holidays when manufacturers and couriers may limit their operations. Such occurrences are beyond our control, and normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delays caused by carriers beyond our control or events outside our reasonable control.

  • We retain the right to modify transportation costs at any time.

  • Delivery times are not applicable to customized products; agreements for such orders must be made with our sales team.

  • Fisherminator dispatches all packages from its warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order, exclusive to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Slovakia).

  • In instances where logistical challenges prevent deliveries to specific remote areas, we may cancel your order or subject it to additional conditions, such as a minimum order value. Our support team is available to provide further information on deliveries to remote areas.

  • Notification of order cancellation or processing difficulties will be promptly sent to you once identified. We will inform you of the issue, propose a solution, and you are free to cancel your order or accept our proposal.

  • Orders can be shipped to an address different from the billing address. After entering your billing address during checkout, you will have the option to input a new shipping address.
