Defective product

Should your FISHERMINATOR product exhibit any flaws, we gladly accept returns for orders made on www.fisherminator.com. Our return process is entirely cost-free, involving the retrieval of the defective unit. Once our inspectors validate the presence of a flaw, we can initiate either a complete refund or provide a substitute product. To facilitate this process, kindly enclose a letter detailing the issue and indicating your preference for a substitution or refund.

 

Please note that only original, unaltered, and unmodified products fall under this policy. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural degradation of colors and materials over extended periods of use.

 

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@fisherminator.com

  2. Provide your order number and the product item code.

  3. Attach clear pictures of the quality defect to your email (small file size!)

Upon receipt of your information, we will promptly commence the procedure to address your warranty issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns with efficiency and care.

Wrong or missing item

In the event that you receive an incorrect product (one that does not match your order) or if there is a product missing from your parcel, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We offer a free substitution or a new delivery to rectify any discrepancies.

To facilitate this process, we kindly ask you to thoroughly inspect the package upon receipt and send us pictures of the box and its label. Along with these images, please provide your order number and specify the name of the incorrect or missing product.

Should it be impractical to arrange a new delivery, we will initiate a refund to address the situation. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us resolve any issues with your order.

 

Return

To initiate the return process, please prepare a parcel or bag containing the product to be shipped back. On the exterior of the package, clearly write the following address:

Make sure to include your specific order number (XXXXXXXXX) in the reference for a smoother processing of the return. This will help us efficiently identify and address your return request.

Additional information:

  • Upon return, all products will undergo a thorough inspection. It is essential that the products are in their original, unused condition. Until they reach our warehouse, you are responsible for the products, so ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for products returned to us by mistake. For a seamless return process, include tags, labels, and any original packaging with the returned products whenever possible.

  • In the unlikely event that a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, regrettably, we may have to send it back to you.

  • If we do not receive any information regarding a change in the delivery address, your replacement will be sent to the original delivery address.
